At CLYRIS, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.

After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all accessories

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or usage concerns. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital items
  • Used or opened personal care items
  • Damaged or burnt electronic components
  • Items exposed to improper handling, short-circuit, or soldering
  • Products marked as NON-RETURNABLE on the product page

Please do not send your product directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable)

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • The product is damaged or missing parts not caused by us
  • The request is made after 7 days but within a reasonable case-by-case timeframe

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
We will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card company
  3. Contact your bank (refund posting time can vary)

Sale Items

Sale, discounted, or clearance items cannot be refunded — only regular-priced items qualify.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
If you need an exchange, email us at support@clyris.in with photos or videos of the issue.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit after the item is returned and verified.

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payer.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, ship it to:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the refund is approved, return shipping fees may be deducted from the final refund amount.

For valuable items, we recommend a trackable courier service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
